Photopedia for Kids ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of children and their families. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Photopedia for Kids is designed for toddlers aged 6 months to 3 years, used together with a parent or caregiver. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. All interactions with the app are intended to be supervised by an adult.
We do not collect any personal information. The app does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal details.
The only data processed is your in-app purchase, which is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not have access to your payment information.
We do not show advertisements. We do not share your data with third parties. We do not track your activity across other apps or websites. We do not collect location data. We do not use cookies or analytics tools that identify you personally.
All content — photos, audio, and words — is stored on your device after installation. The app works fully offline and does not send any data over the internet during normal use.
The optional one-time purchase to unlock all 1,000 words is processed securely by Apple or Google. We use RevenueCat to manage purchase status on your device. RevenueCat does not collect personal information beyond what is necessary to verify your purchase. You can restore your purchase at any time from the Settings screen.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions about your purchase, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app with an updated date at the top of this page.
